Dignity

A bare tree, some people, an ordinary day.

Dimitris Christoulas, 77, a Greek pensioner, made a very public and political statement.

His singular act defines the choice he made.

Dimitris mentioned the Kalashnikov, but he chose dignity.

No Government’s, act, policy, position or intent can equate to the life of a solitary, dignified citizen.

Ireland meanwhile continues in fooling itself.
