Lying Ireland – A Truth
Our politicians in opposition gave us a message.
They would not bail out Anglo Irish Bank.
In power, they now say we may have been mislead.
Politicians tell lies.
It would seem our compliance with and our acceptance of lying is that which facilitates the deviant to thrive in politics.
A quandary;
- To get into power, politicians must lie.
- In power, they must lie selectively.
- And to retain power, they must lie brazenly.
Our Government it seems, can not tell the truth.
They’d have to lie about everything if they did!
